Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Effective date: October 27, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Lawyers For Less, PLLC ("we," "us," or "the firm") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or contact us through it. This website is intended for people in Arizona and elsewhere in the United States.
Information you give us
When you fill out our free case review, contact, or other forms, we may collect:
Your name, phone number, email address, and preferred language
Your preferred way and time to be contacted
Whether you agree that we may call or text you (see "Text messages" below)
Details you choose to share about an accident or injury, such as the date, location, and what happened
Please do not send highly sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, detailed medical records, or financial account numbers, through our forms. We will ask for what we need, if anything, after we speak with you.
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information you send before a written engagement agreement is signed may not be protected as a privileged communication. We still treat information from prospective clients as confidential, as Arizona's ethics rules require (Ariz. R. Sup. Ct. 42, ER 1.18).
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
Device and browser information (such as browser type, operating system, and screen size)
IP address and general location (city or region) derived from it
Pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, and the website or ad that referred you
Campaign information from links (such as UTM parameters or ad click identifiers)
Cookies and the consent banner
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:
Necessary cookies, which the site needs to work and stay secure (for example, remembering your cookie choices and protecting forms from spam).
Analytics and advertising cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the site and which ads or sources bring visitors.
When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set unless you allow them. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
Google Analytics 4
If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to measure site traffic and how visitors use our pages. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location. We do not send your name, phone number, email, or the content of your form submissions to Google Analytics. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off in our Google Analytics configuration.
You can learn more in Google's explanation of how it uses information from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab) and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).
Call tracking (dynamic number insertion)
We may use call tracking to understand which ads, searches, or pages lead people to call us. When it is turned on, the phone number shown on the site may change depending on how you arrived (this is called "dynamic number insertion"). If you call a tracking number, the provider of that number may collect your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, and the web session or ad that led to the call. This website does not record or transcribe calls.
Text messages (SMS)
Our forms ask whether you agree that we may call or text you at the number you provided about your inquiry, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of hiring us or receiving a free case review. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
The website itself does not text visitors. When someone submits a form, our team may receive a text alert through Twilio that includes only the person's first name, so we can respond quickly. We do not sell or share your phone number or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send confirmation emails and to notify our team about new inquiries. Resend processes your email address and the content of the message to deliver it. We do not send marketing emails.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated bots. Turnstile may collect information about your browser and device, and your interaction with the page, to make that check. This information is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
How we use information
We use information to:
Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we may be able to help
Schedule calls and meetings and communicate with you
Run, secure, and improve the website
Understand which pages, ads, and sources are helpful
Prevent spam, fraud, and misuse
Meet legal, ethical, and record-keeping obligations
How we share information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only:
With service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you (for example, hosting and database, analytics, call tracking, SMS, email, and spam protection), under terms that limit their use of it. Our current providers are Vercel (hosting and image storage), Neon (database), Google (analytics), Resend (email), Twilio (text alerts to our team), and Cloudflare (spam protection)
With co-counsel or referral attorneys, only with your permission
When required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of others
In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the firm's practice, subject to applicable ethics rules
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and related records for as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry, check for conflicts of interest, and meet our legal and ethical record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our analytics provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, unless we must keep it for legal or ethical reasons.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited staff access. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. If a parent or guardian is reaching out on behalf of an injured child, the parent or guardian should submit the form. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
